  So, I didn't use PowerMulch/The Mulch Yard but they were putting mulch down at my work and the crew accidentally damaged my car, I didn't realize until later on in the day coming out from a Dr appt for a procedure, I couldn't get in touch with them until the following Monday(yesterday) because I was recovering. Luckily, Monday morning the guys were back out putting more mulch down and I went over to tell them what happened, the crew was responsive, not defensive, they all apologized and gave me the number to call and who to ask for. I called and spoke with David who took my message and then Andrea who was super cool and also very responsive called me back to discuss, I was able to send pictures of the damage and video of it occurring. Andrea and I came to an agreement by the end of the day without even discussing filing a claim, and my car was taken care of today(Tuesday). All I wanted was accountability and responsibility and they gave it to me no questions asked. Last thing I wanted to do was be a total Karen for an obvious accident, accidents happen and when people can be adults about it, we all can get along much better. I'll still take that million dollars though, Andrea! Wink, wink. This company has integrity and that should be all you need to know.

  Just used Power Mulch for the first time to install 25 cu. yds. of mulch at my home. The end to end experience was great, from initial contact with Andrea in the office, scheduling with Jeff and installation by Jamie and his partner. Jeff called the day of the job to advise me on the exact arrival time, and called afterwards to verify the work had been completed to my satisfaction. Professional job all around, highly recommend.

  I asked to have our rock slowly dropped from the truck for our driveway, so we wouldn’t have to spend a couple days scooping it to cover the area. The lady agreed this could be done. When the driver arrived we again asked if he would do this and he said he would do his best. He left two large piles and half the driveway empty! I called to see if they would amend the situation by bringing a tractor to even it out and they refused. Apologies at this point mean nothing. So now my disabled husband with a leg injury has to struggle to spread it, with the help of myself, a 60 year old woman. A Good Company will keep its word, to keep the business which they lost since we were going to buy a huge truck load of mulch too. Service is a joke here!
