Man I am so disappointed with going into this Lowe's home improvement store. I went in for an entry door knob and to have it re-keyed. You would think i was looking for a needle in a haystack. The salesperson was clueless and once i picked out a knob they couldn't key it. I left empty handed and i'm not planning on on darkening the doorway again. No good...

This is one of the worst Lowe's to deal with. The customer service is a joke. Normally I go out of my way to go to another Lowe's further away. You would save time driving an additional ten minutes to another location if you have to do anything with customer service or get someone to help.

If you don't know what you are getting you are in trouble because the employees here are very lazy they are not going to help you with anything and if you ask them do they have something they are going to tell you sorry that is not my department. and walk away...I would not recommend this place...

they never have enough help to help you when you’re looking for something so you’re pretty much on your own. The people are nice. I just don’t think they have enough help. I can usually find what I’m looking there. They’ve added a bunch of clothes and things that I think a little strange for I think about Hardware type stuff there but they’re turning into like a department store I don’t think that’s gonna work out good for him, but we’ll see. I just wish they had help when you tried to buy stuff you need for building and contractors and screws and connectors and things like that even for ceiling fans and light fixtures and plumbing and lighting supplies, electric supplies there’s never any help that’s frustrating for me. I can usually get your help to load things up in your car and I’ve never had any trouble returning items so it’s good and bad about Lowe’s most people complain because they can’t get help when they need it for contracted supplies.
