I scheduled an estimate, but they canceled last minute, using the excuse that "my child has to go to the doctor." While I understand that emergencies happen, the lack of communication was unacceptable. They didn't reply to any of my messages for weeks, which left me feeling ignored and unvalued as a potential customer. My time is limited and important. They claim to be a cleaning company with multiple employees, but if that were true, someone should have been available to show up for the estimate. This has led me to believe that they may not be a legitimate business, but rather a one-person operation.It really seems like this company operates on a whim, which is definitely not how to run a business.Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!
