- JKJosh Kirby3 days ago1.0My customer called to order 2 pallets of flagstone wall, I asked to have it delivered.. they tell her No! Someone has to be here when she places the order. Friday they had 288 available. I come up on Monday it still says they have 288 available. When they actually check the back there is only 38. No one has any idea when or if they will be getting any of this in. How can anyone work like this?!

But she berated the other cashiers and another young employee because we were given a $1 discount for a broken bag of mulch. My husband and I were embarrassed to witness such a hateful attitude toward both customers and fellow employees. She should not be a supervisor over other employees.
- BBBarbaraApr 16, 20261.0Horrible customer service. I went to purchase several outdoor items from their SpringFest ad. It was difficult to find the items, when I asked various employees, I was told they are all over the garden center. When I went to check out, some items were not coming up on sale. Even though I had checked with the 2 employees to confirm they were on sale and the signs from the ads were right there and did NOT indicate exclusions, these items were excluded. I checked out all my other items so I did not hold up the very long line and asked to speak with a manager. The manager never arrived, I spoke with Camile, head cashier, and she was not helpful at all. Lowe's really needs to do some customer service training.
- JJJasonApr 14, 20265.0i have been a loyal Lowes customer for over 15 years (loathe HD) so when i started a home remodel i figured it would be easy but 3 sliding glass doors later and numerous delays had me questioning the foretold loathing of HD. then as a last ditch effort i ran across Matt Lambert today at Lowes and this man saved the day, week and month! found me the slider i needed, same day pick up, price matched and canceled my existing order. Lowes corporate you better buy this man a beer because he saved you from the wrath of my wife and the loss of a loyal customer! THANK YOU MATT you will be added to my Christmas card list!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
