- TKThe Kawboi2 days ago1.0Never do business with this company. I rented a PS5 from them and got a phone call that a payment was due. Explained that I was headed out of town and that I’d come by and make the payment the following Saturday. Monday morning my phone was ringing off the hook and I didn’t answer. 15 minutes later there a hard and loud banging on my door from an employee from there. I didn’t answer as I was on an important phone call. He then jiggles my doorknob and then goes and tries to look in my windows. I spoke with the owner about it and he said that he shouldn’t be doing that. I continued getting phone calls from them all that week. I contacted corporate and they had the regional GM contact me and then he comes to my house a day after I received a summons from the courts. Tony and he bangs on my door for over a minute and starts raising his voice, telling me that this is going to cost me and I asked how much I needed to pay them to resolve this and says “I don’t know?” When I brought up his employee jiggling my doorknob and looking into my windows he says “I don’t care about that. You owe us money, see you in court.” and walks away. These guys should even be allowed to rent out beach umbrellas let alone home merchandise.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
