I religiously shop here and today maybe the worst experience I’ve ever had out of any other store that Ive ever gone too. I tried calling the store multiple times to speak to a manager about an issue that I’m having after leaving the store. No one picks up and the call hangs up After a certain amount of rings. Very disappointing !!!

This is the second time in a week they gave me a delivery window from 8-8 and no showed!!!😡and they have AI answering the phones so you don’t get to speak with anyone for about 45 min only to say we can re schedule your delivery! Really! Nope . 2 days off of work to give them money…… boy they have really gone down hill. Probably busy picking up after the 125 dogs they let into store. But that a whole other topic!!

Over the past 4 years I’ve spent over $50,000 at this Lowes. One of my contractors passed away and wasn’t able to pick up a series of orders (~$1,700) These weren’t automatically cancelled and refunded per policy. The fulfillment team admitted that they mark these as picked up as to not mess up their metrics. Over the past 6 months I haven’t been able to get this resolved. I’ve been promised “camera feed review”, but nothing has come from it. I’ve called the corporate line and the store >20 times, giving the same information each time. Beware of placing online orders and not picking them up from here. I’m moving my business to the other guys and am seeking recourse.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
