I waited and waited. Nobody came. There were two other customers waiting as well. I pressed it again. Same announcement. Nobody came. I am home now. Still need a dryer. Lowes doesnt have anyone to sell them. I have never used a clothes line. I miss Sears in Kendale. They had good customer service.

The assistant manager with gages in her ears refused to help me get measurement of a washer and dryer so I could make sure it would fit where I needed it. I informed her that, that was unacceptable and that they lost a $1,800.00 sell. So I went to to Home Depot in Fayetteville and my new washer and dryer will be delivered next Friday. I have decided to not shop at Lowe's in Sanford, NC again and I plan to inform my friends and family of my experience.

Went to the front numerous times for help and associate used her walkie talkie numerous times nobody ever came to the plumbing department after waiting around 36 minutes ended up walking out.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
