    I spent the morning at Lowe’s yesterday. I can say that I had the best experience I have ever had in any Lowe’s. Tanner and Kayla were amazing, friendly and professional. Tanner and Kayla helped us with a Lowe’s pro order. Tanner arranged staff to be present in each department as we arrived to get the supplies. Tanner even helped dig through wood and got a new pallet on the floor when there wasn’t enough to complete the order. They were of help from the time we walked in, until the time we left. I have not seen customer service like this in YEARS!!!

    Lowes has good help on the floors always even if they short staff. We will not feel the affects. Cause Lowes always Delivers the best customer service possible. I appreciate good hiring managers who hire great people. For the last 20yrs it has always been the same and I appreciate t hem.

    If I could give zero stars I would have. We decided to go through Lowe’s to replace a pedestal sink with a vanity. They sent someone out to measure and we’re supposed to call us to follow up and no one did. After reaching out several times and not speaking to anyone that could help they said they never got the measurements. We were helped in store to purchase the vanity and told to call to get installation. Well no one answers, returns calls or emails and then we reached out to the main customer service line where they sent them out again to measure. Not to mention we had to pay twice for measurements. 2 weeks later after the second measurements, several phone calls, conversation with a “manager” we were told the only way to add installation because it was past 30 days due to no fault of our own but because they dropped the ball twice, was to return the vanity and repurchase it. We were told someone would call us to go directly through the contractor and here we are still no call. This is the absolute worst customer service. I will never try and go thorough Lowe’s for any future needs. Everyone we spoke to was beyond rude and would rather just transfer our call rather then listen to us. All I wanted was a sink replaced so my two small children didn’t hurt themselves.

    I am very disappointed in the service I have received from the Sanford NC store . I have had 3 bad experiences with them. The first one was my husband and I purchased a washer and dryer and it was all dented up the second was we bought a side by side refrigerator weren’t it back due to being dented the last draw was 11/21/ 25 the wrong dryer was delivered and it was navy blue how do you get navy blue from a white dryer and a 5.4 instead of a 5.5 dryer and I was told I need to call the company that not my mistake that’s your mistake you need to call and make changes. I will never never ever buy another appliance from Lowe’s of Sanford North Carolina . I was told what if it is blue as long as it works. 😩😩😩

    We bought a floor and hired Lowe’s to install it on October 22. After waiting 3 weeks we noticed they ordered the wrong floor and baseboards. We had to drive to Lowe’s because the sales representative did not return calls. This was the day before our installation date of November 5th. At this point we had to reorder and wait to be refunded the original purchase, the same sales associate assured they would price match the original flooring with the correct flooring, which never happened. I spoke with Katie about it, the store manager, and she said that I can deal with Lowe’s legal team and hung up on me, cancelling our long awaited install date. Once they ordered the correct flooring I noticed they ordered 33 to many 12’ baseboards because only 12 are needed. They explained that the quantity is requested by their install contractor and if they don’t have the right quantity when they pick it up they would deny the order and reschedule again. So we had to pay upfront for way too many baseboards and the cost per linear foot to have them installed. We got the correct flooring delivered November 18th and were told that the install team will call within two business days to schedule the install. Today is the 22 of November and still no call. We tried call the install company 12 times and their recoding states that they will return your call if you leave message within a half hour. We then called Lowe’s and they tried contacting the install company twice on a three way call with no answer and still no call back. We have had no floor for over a month and a half. When we made our original purchase the sales guy pointed at a sign in the store and said “guaranteed install within 10 days”. That never happened. Total nightmare dealing with Lowe’s. They have you pay for the entire install and materials upfront. When the flooring was delivered I had to personally move it inside even though I was originally charged to have them move it in for a acclimation period. After floor was installed, none of the 1/4” foam backer rod or silicone was used which we were told was necessary for the floor manufacturer to warranty the flooring. We had to return over 30 baseboards, quarter round and other materials. At time of return they said they could only return the materials and we would have to wait for refund on the installation charge for the materials we returned. After waiting a week and several promised calls back, we still have no refund for installation. They stated they had to get refunded by their contractor first. We hired Lowe’s, our contract is with Lowe’s. So we have an incomplete job and the materials they didn’t use,as of now, we still payed the installation on them.
