  They completely botched my last liner installation. Leaked for years. They wouldn’t help us at all. Ignored and blew us off. Had to pay another company to tear out the liner and replace it. Terrible customer service no matter what I did.

  Great customer service! I was trying to find fittings to fix a pump I have to clean out our pool without going through our filter. I walked around Lowes for a half hour, went to a plumbing supply store, no luck. Then I remembered Azure. They had the fittings in my hand in less than a minute. Highly recommend!

  Absolutely, hands down the most professional pool team in the area. Honest, straight forward, knowledgeable. After dealing with a dozen different pool companies over a 6 week period which resulted in nothing but stringing me along, Steve came the day after I called the store. Amazing…I can guarantee he is just as busy as all the other “so called” professionals. After his visit he said they could fit it in within a few days. His team came a few days later and fixed the liner as well as arranged for it to be filled. All set for the Memorial Day weekend! He recommended bringing in a water sample within a week to the store in Sanford. That’s when Garrett, the mad scientist, gave me a chemistry class on pool cleaning management. I walked out with all the needed chemicals and a set of instructions that even an old retired Marine could follow. If you are a pool owner, this is the ultimate team you want on your side as you battle the “dirty pool” elements. A pleasure to work with.
