This was the most in rudeness. Hung up called Home Depot. Got AI. Got a real person on the line. Very knowledgeable about the plant I was inquiring about and very friendly. He even told me I needed to wait 2 more weeks before planting. This would be the reason Lowes is losing business. Go Home Depot. Your employees are trained correctly.

From the start of the process to the pick up of the mower employee Jada went over and above her customer service skills. Jada was determined to see that as a customer I was satisfied with my purchase. She displayed excellent work ethics that is rarely seen these days. I should also mention that employees Ana and Jewel also displayed excellent customer service. Lowes should be honored to have these employees working at their store.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
