    My issue I’m having is with their new AI system. I have tried calling 3 times to speak with someone in the Salisbury store. The “voice” puts me on hold for about 10 minutes then the call disconnects. I’ve never had the first problem with anyone in the store but this new way of communication…SUCKS!

    We ordered a simple storm door for our front door. They told us it would take three weeks to get the door, which is totally understandable. However, it has been five weeks and they don’t know if the door is even completed yet. They can’t give us a time frame on when it will be installed. This is all after they didn’t get the order put in correctly at first and my husband had to actually go to the store to find this out. This is our first and possibly last home installation with Lowe’s. I don’t want to have to constantly babysit a company to get them to do the hired job correctly and on time.
