They constantly complain about customers here. You can over hear them. It's a miserable shopping environment , I can only imagine working there. Massively Incorrect pricing is also a constant problem here. You can buy the item, but they won't stock or carry the required accesories/parts, forcing you into frustration of replacement, or abandonment of project. I would much rather shop any of your competitors, than You. I reached out to the store. The corporate office.. No change. You have had multiple chances, And Years, and amanger changes, to make things right, and continue to choose not to, while watching it just get worse. Id say See y'all later..but.
- FNFunk NuttsJan 22, 20261.0Canceled a cancer treatment to make it to the store by 6am to purchase a generator, as instructed by an employee the previous day...get there at 6am just to be told to come back at 2pm, before leaving i asked if I could put my name down or pay half or full price then come back to pick up, was told no....came back at 2pm just to find a list of people 2 pages long..I ask the lady who was different from this morning when this started, this morning she said...lol the worst costumer service I've seen....

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
