- JKjanie kennedyJun 9, 20225.0At the advice of my decorator who I truly value her opinion I changed my plan and did not use Shutter Production . It was a very bad decision and the decorator agreed my shutters did not look good. After 3 months without any help from the company I chose I mistakenly sent an email to Patrick With shutter production. Patrick read that email on Sunday night and text me immediately as he was so concerned about a dissatisfied customer. After speaking with him I realized I had sent the email to the wrong person. I was most impressed with what he shared. He stated Shutters were expensive and if he could do anything to help he would be willing to do that. I received a phone call and his salesman made an appointment to come to my house. After an evaluation he felt the installer could improve the look. The installer came the next day and adjusted and worked on every shutter in my home and said I did not owe him anything. Of course I owed him ! I did pay him but what he asked for was to tell others about Shutter Production in Rose Hill. I have never met such great people who know quality and willing to help someone that did not purchase shutter from them. If you need or what to consider shutters I highly recommend this company. The shutters were one of the reasons we bought the house. Today, Lee came by to replace a few of the magnets on the window sills -- he's a great guy, with a great company. Still love our shutters after all these years, and would recommend this company to anyone. Quality shutters by a first-rate company.
