They just point me into the direction but they never walk with me. There's never anyone in the department that you're looking for then you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for them to feel like coming back to the department. And then when they come to the department, they have the attitude of what you want. I'd just rather the customer service be better. But I do like coming to Lowe's
