Glynda in appliances is the reason for 5 stars. I left the store and came back later in the day so Glynda could help me when she got to work.She has phenomenal customer service skills!!! She made buying new appliances easy and fun!! if your shopping for appliances definitely ask for Glynda!!!

After waiting a associate said he could not match the paint color. I had to pick a swatch myself to get the match. WOW and why were you hired again? I thought maybe I'm in the wrong store...Home Depot perhaps... Very disconnected for customer service. FYI management I was there on 11/11/25@ approximately 5:30-6:00 .

I was at Lowes yesterday and went self checkout and everyday I will always see this young lady her name is Julie she is so sweet and funny and she is always helpful at self checkout we need people like her at self checkout and if she doesn't know anything she trys to learn what she knows and that's what I love about her

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
