- LLLyzzaAug 23, 20231.0Ordering online was great, and a breeze. The guy that called me back to assist with a second order from the local store was nice and helpful. BUT DELIVERY!!!! The white guy was nice. The black guy was nice in the beginning. I work from home and I can't have alot of background noise. So i jumped off work to try to manuever some of the furniture out of the way for them. The black guy told me that there was no rush, and they would move the furniture if needed. (yeah there is a rush, Y'all ain't supposed to be here, right now) So when they came back in, they were discussing if they should move the treadmill and they white guy said that they didn't have to. So i just asked if they needed me to move the lamp stand and the black guy purposely gave the white guy a look. And just completely ignored me. RUDE!!! The white guy tried to make up for the slight by asking about my cat. But there was no coming back from it. The "black guy" (and i'm being nice), they must have hired him from Craig's List! He looked like he wanted to cuss me out!. REALLY?! Imagine being ashamed and embarrased that someone is treating you badly. But, hey... look at the brightside! This will be my last time buying here. To the caucassion guy, thank you for bring nice throughout the whole ordeal. Edit: 1 star, bc apparently I'm lying on their driver. Nobody else has complained about him. Chile... Why would I do that?

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
