  A woman who identified herself as a manager (blonde hair, name unclear because she said it quickly) approached me about taking photos. She told me I couldn’t use a camera, only my phone. I’m very aware of RH’s photography policies—tripods and flash are typically restricted—but I’ve visited multiple times and never been told a camera wasn’t allowed at all. To double-check, I spoke with the hostess at the front, who confirmed that photos were fine. And was kind …. Despite that, this manager continued to interrupt and told me I had “5 more shots” before needing to put my camera away. The interaction felt unnecessary and targeted. What’s more confusing is that a friend of mine did a full engagement shoot here just a week prior with a professional camera (no flash)…without any issues. Consistency matters. If there are rules, they should be clearly communicated and applied the same way to everyone. Also worth noting: this individual was walking around on her phone with AirPods in and dressed very casually, which made the situation feel even less professional. If she is indeed part of management, there should be a higher standard of conduct when addressing guests. I do want to add that everyone else I interacted with was kind and welcoming, which made this experience stand out even more. Hopefully this is addressed so future guests don’t have a similar experience.

  First time at this rooftop restaurant for an evening out with the gals for a pre-valentine dinner. From the first impression walking in a high end furniture showroom, than take the elevator to the rooftop restaurant, very impressive. Great food, great service, great selection of spirits. Definitely recommend, looking forward to next time!!!

  I had an exceptional experience at the Restoration Hardware Gallery in Raleigh. The gallery is stunning with so many options you are able to see in person before purchase. Staff is very helpful from the moment you step in. I have worked with Nicole Reed. Nicole is incredibly talented and has a true eye for design. She was thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping me create a space that felt just right. She quickly picked up on what I am looking for and was able to provide me with a design concept that fit my taste with options I can chose from without feeling overwhelmed, this made it simpler for me to make derisions. I am extremely pleased with how everything has turned out quality and design and couldn’t be happier.

  I was with a visitor and the sales representative signals to the magazines/brochures - “this is the only thing that is for free here.” 🤷🏽‍♀️ I found it rude.
