In-store shelves are poorly stocked and disorganized, compounding the frustration when pickup orders cannot be fulfilled. When I contacted corporate customer service to resolve the issue, the response was equally unhelpful and offered no meaningful accountability or solution. After more than twenty years as a loyal customer, this experience was deeply disappointing and has significantly eroded my trust in the brand. Convenience, accuracy, and customer care are no longer where they should be.
