I ordered two packs of coffee. They are the same exact item. After 5 hours it still isn’t ready. This hasn’t been the first time this has happened. Another time they didn’t even have the item and they didn’t even let me know. When I called I was then told. I don’t understand why they would offer an inconvenience service. I guess I’ll drag my kids out of the car and into the store.
