    They put a lock on our door for being 6 days late with our payment (we were not late). We could not unlock this lock until regular office hours when someone could walk upstairs with us and go "Weird, your account isn't late and I have no idea why this lock is on. Oops! : )" This happened less than 24 hours after we got an email notice saying our storage facility was bought out by Trunk Space Storage. Not a great first impression.
