She seemed very friendly and polite on the telephone however when I arrived at the store a few days later she acted as if she didn't even see me standing in front of her waiting for service. It just so happened that a male employee arrived and looked at me and looked at her as if to wonder what was wrong. I guess my skin was too dark for her even though it wasn't that much darker than hers. Thankfully he was able to assist me. I thank him for that.
