    Yesterday I bought a plastic storage box that didn't work for me. I tried to return it today and had a lot of problems. The ladies in the returns department had a very poor attitude towards customer service very rude.

    Excellent service from Jacobie! Five stars for Jacobie! After I struggled for half an hour trying to find the right gas logs, he stepped in to help without me even having to ask. He dedicated time to ensure I got the right fit, and the result is perfect. Thanks to him, we have a great working fireplace. Highly recommend seeking him out if you need help!

    My first ever 1 star review. I had a horrible experience buying a LG washer dryer last month. To be honest, I have always bought appliances from Lowe’s in the past. The Associate in the appliance department was not knowledgeable about the installation process. I received bad information about the possible problems with replacing the washer. It took 3 attempts before the washer was delivered and installed. I gave up trying to reach them by phone and had to go to the store personally to talk to them. The disconnect between Lowe’s and their 3rd party delivery/ installation company is a real problem. Lowe’s does sell good products. However if you want something installed it’s a problem.
