    I put in an online order that was supposed to be delivered but was moved to a different date due to snow (that's fine). Called the store to see if it could be delivered Tuesday instead of Wednesday (they don't do deliveries on Tuesday apparently) and got a rep who barely spoke English and then put me on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up. I'll stick to the Wake Forest Lowe's.

    I would give 0 stars if possible. I am a contractor and spend around $100k on materials a year here. Not anymore. I had a job contracted with the city to install a fence at one of their new affordable housing properties so I ordered the materials for delivery. It was a hearty order of PT 2x4s. The 2x4s were absolutely terrible. Out of 280 I was able to use about 30. I had to load the other 250 (around 1600-1800 lbs) back up and took them back to Lowe’s on Capital Blvd. I parked outside to talk to the return desk lady(who is always rude) and she was rude like usual and said “ uh uhaaa you can’t return that here. You need to go down to the Pro Desk. I drove down to the other side and parked under where the loading zone is and went in. The manager on duty was an absolute unprofessional, confrontational, mess of a women. She was super rude and told me I needed to bring all of them inside so she can inspect them. I asked her how she thought I could possibly bring 1600lbs of 2x4s inside to the pro desk and she said “that’s what it is” I asked her to at least call a Loader to help and she said “ They for when you bye something here not return” I demanded help or I was gonna call corporate so she finally got one dude with a cart 🤦🏼‍♂️ It took two trips and she was so rude about it. Finally got it returned and asked if I could have the $100 delivery fee waived since I had to bring back the order. She refused. When I told her I will not be a Lowe’s customer anymore she said “We’ll be fine. We have plenty of customers.” Unreal and I have not spent a dime there since. This was Oct/Nov 2025. I ended up taking my business to the lumber company and Home Depot.
