    I was recently in Lowe’s having difficulty finding an item. I found Robert Fuquan and asked for his help and he dropped what he was doing to help me find it. When we couldn’t find it he was determined to find some which he did and went in search of a ladder. In the meantime I looked back behind some items and found some of the items stuck in the back. I very much appreciated Robert’s help. Thanks, patty

    Recently I needed some assistance with a home improvement project involving vinyl siding so I went to the Lowes nearest to me and I’m glad I did. I went to the Pro Services Desk and was assisted by a most helpful employee Miranda. She listened to my needs and made the best suggestions for me to complete my project. Miranda went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed and was polite, professional and pleasant to work with. It makes these home improvement projects so much more manageable when we have a little encouragement along the way. Thank you Lowes for having an employee like Miranda.

    Purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Lowe’s, installed on Friday. By Monday (3 days later) we realized the unit was defective and contacted Lowe’s immediately. Because we were past their 48 hour policy (which we were completely unaware of as no one says anything to you and it's just in the footnotes of an email), Lowe’s refused to take responsibility. They offered to send an installer (which I already paid $250 for) to “confirm” whether the issue was installation related. I explained it appeared to be a manufacturer defect, not an installation problem. Lowe’s stated that if the installer confirmed it was a manufacturer defect, then I would have to deal with Bosch myself. Meaning warranty claims, service scheduling, and repairs on a dishwasher that has never worked as intended since day one. I understand defects can happen. What matters is how a company handles them. Lowe’s chose to hide behind a policy technicality instead of supporting a customer who paid for a new, working appliance. I expected better accountability and customer service. I do not recommend anyone purchasing appliances from Lowe’s.

    I’ve been a loyal customer of this location for several years, having purchased a dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, and dryer here without issue. Unfortunately, my recent order for an over-the-hood microwave and range was a very different experience. I placed the order in-store on 9/29 (associate was excellent) with delivery expected 10/6, followed by installation scheduling. When told installation wouldn’t be until 10/24, I opted to cancel that service and work with Paul, the assistant store manager, to arrange delivery only for 10/9, confirmed via text for 9 AM–1 PM. Delivery did not occur, and I was later told it was due to “no one being home,” which is inaccurate — my spouse was present along with multiple contractors, all confirmed by security footage. When I contacted Joseph, another assistant store manager, to request a refund, I found this process frustrating and lacking accountability. While past purchases have met my expectations, this experience leaves me questioning future business here, thinking I may as well just do business with Home Depot.
