Had tile installed by legacy flooring. First off, we paid for a lot more tile than was needed and they didnt leave any claiming that they used it all. If we add up all the pieces of tile used, it comes no where near what was purchased. Second, they made a mistake and had rescheduled fixing the mistake 5 times now. We wait around all day and they dont show up. They did this on saturday for the 5th time and now it's "uhh i guess we'll come next saturday". At this point they need to come today. Not tomorrow, today, not "some time next saturday" when we will be blown off yet again. TODAY.

We didn’t buy anything here since they didn’t have a specialty screw we were looking for, but Julius surely assisted us! He had a near encyclopedic knowledge of screws and gave us a list of nearby Lowe’s stores that had similar items in stock, as well as precise directions to an alternative store in case none of the Lowe’s locations had the correct part for our repair. I was recently in Lowe’s having difficulty finding an item. I found Robert Fuquan and asked for his help and he dropped what he was doing to help me find it. When we couldn’t find it he was determined to find some which he did and went in search of a ladder. In the meantime I looked back behind some items and found some of the items stuck in the back.
