Shout out to Annie and Courtney for their unbelievable service, design expertise and patience!! What a dynamic duo! Such a joy to work with them! Not pushy at all, went out of their way to help us design a wonderful family room with beautiful furniture. The colors they recommended are perfect! Very happy customers!!! Our customer service representative, Isabel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our finding the right recliner. We weren’t rushed and she checked back in with us frequently as we made our way around the showroom. We got an added bonus by having design help with our fabric and color choice when Courtney stepped in with her expertise. It made us extremely confident in our final choice for the recliner. Professional and relaxing experience!
- PPPeterJan 1, 20262.0Having buying La-Z-Boy chairs for over 40 years. We went to the outlet in Raleigh and purchased two wallaway recliners off the floor. First mistake was not doing an extended sit in them. Second mistake was not flipping over and checking out the frame. Total junk, OSB instead of plywood, cheap metal frame, foam and other components. We used for about a month, now we are back in our old chairs while we await our new non La-Z-Boy recliners. Also just saw them listed for $300 less than the clearance price we paid, really. You have lost a customer and you will lose a lot more with this construction and pricing. Raise the price and use cheap components, must be the new American way. Not in my house.

The delivery was made and one chair was missing the remote so a call was made to the store it came from to address this. They suggested we call Lazy Boy!? This is garbage service considering the delivery fee was 300$ and the chairs were packaged for a third party delivery service meaning that the remote is still in the store and it wasn't something that just didn't get included. Another case of deflecting responsibility to someone else rather than dealing with the error and making it right. Don't bother with this location for your furniture needs
