The tech needed to be called because the recliner that I purchased from what is supposed to be a great company started creaking like some 30 year old piece of furniture and it was only 2 months old. The recliner never creaked in the showroom but miraculously started creaking after having it a month. I feel like I threw away my money on junk. The tech said that the back was never locked, which I was told not to lock it, and that was causing it to creak. 10 minutes after he left, it started creaking again. Now I’m waiting on another tech to come out. And by the way, they don’t work on your schedule, you work on theirs… After all the money you spend on their product. Plus , once my recliner left their facility, they won’t take it back. Terrible company but hopefully they can make it better.

She wasn’t pushy at all, but kindly asked what we were looking for and then gave us space to browse. She checked in just the right amount to see if we had questions and was able to answer every one of them with confidence. She went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and at the best price. Even a week later, when we called back about another piece of furniture, she immediately remembered what we had looked at and offered to send us all the specs and options. We’ll definitely be going back to Annie for future purchases and highly recommend her to anyone shopping for furniture.
