Our salesman was Carlton out of the Raleigh, NC store and he was so great with recommendations for us, being patient with us and listening to our concerns about budget/quality over time. We did not feel pressured in any way and were so glad that he was the guy to help us out! I grew up with La-Z-Boy recliners so I know the quality of them (we still have one and I know it’s been at my parent’s house for 25+ years) and my husband has the same experience, so it really was a no-brainer when we went into the store and they had more modern design options to choose from and the flexibility of performance fabrics that stand up better over time.

She is under 100 pounds and is an assisted living. The whole process was so easy and she is loving her new chair. We found one with only four buttons, which she is able to operate even with her dementia. There was also a cleaning warranty offered, which is reassuring for longevity of the chair.
