We had the enormous pleasure of being helped by Lou to purchase The Perfect Chair and Ottoman! Lou listened carefully to what my mother needed, pointed out several options and quickly zero’ed in on it! Not only was she incredibly helpful, it was probably one of the most fun purchasing experiences we’ve ever had. She was kind, thoughtful, upbeat, honest and even talked the purchaser of the last sample of my mother’s perfect chair into waiting for my mother to test it out before they packed it up-TWICE! What a lovely person you have there in Lou! Thank you!

Her name is Leeza Wimbish and we were very impressed with her knowledge of the product and her professionalism . Shortly after visiting the store lots of family things begin to happen but we keep all information from Leeza and I called to make sure she was still with LAZBOY , contacted her and made arrangements to meet with her ,and purchased the chair we had originally picked out. She is an asset to the business .
