Sasha was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, making the selection process feel easy and enjoyable. Amber’s design expertise was invaluable—she helped me choose the couch color, rugs, and accessories that perfectly complement our current pieces while elevating the entire space. Her eye for color, texture, and balance made all the difference. Actually both worked beautifully together in the selection process. Together, they made what could have been an overwhelming process feel seamless. I can’t wait to see all the pieces together and pleased with the level of care and professionalism they provided. I highly recommend asking for Sasha and Amber if you’re looking for both excellent service and thoughtful design guidance.

Our salesman was Carlton out of the Raleigh, NC store and he was so great with recommendations for us, being patient with us and listening to our concerns about budget/quality over time. We did not feel pressured in any way and were so glad that he was the guy to help us out! I grew up with La-Z-Boy recliners so I know the quality of them (we still have one and I know it’s been at my parent’s house for 25+ years) and my husband has the same experience, so it really was a no-brainer when we went into the store and they had more modern design options to choose from and the flexibility of performance fabrics that stand up better over time.
