- IIIrinaNov 4, 20251.0Very deceiving, there is 2 signs on either side of one shelf unit and both says 50% off right when I go to the register the rude cashier said if you would of read the sign it said not including “your price” items, so I went back and looked at it and noticed that every wall art at that space was not included. So why is there 2 signs on either side saying so? Also the worker doesn’t need to be so snippy!

I like to stroll the aisles and see what sorts of fun things I can find. HL still sells model rockets. I haven't done model rocketry in decades. There were plastic model kits and all sorts of crafts. I almost snagged some rockets. Almost. Its easy to overspend at HL. If you've never been, pay a visit. It might bring back some memories if nothing else.

Merchandise is always marked off big and bold but when you get to the register they inform you to read the fine print notifying the customer of exclusions. I wish I could give this company a 5 star review. Employees are always friendly and helpful but purchasing something based on a lie doesn't make me feel good at all. True transparency from the beginning would be appreciated. The store manager didn't very interested in my constructive criticism to improve things moving forward and no apologies offered for their deceptive pricing practices.
