I get it that the cashiers are friendly but when there's only two and a they're cordially talking and talking about art projects I just feel like that should be on the floor staff. Also, upon the time which I entered it was tough to find help. Found majority past the storage containers in what looked like a photo/framing area.

Also for the Christmas parade my best friend needed some fabric to finish off costumes. So I was sent in to grab a few things. At a first glance this can be a bit overwhelming. Staff was inattentive, unfriendly, unconcerned, and seemed unknowledgeable. This place is not customer service friendly. I think the culture is everyone that shops there knows or should know what you are looking for. Maybe all locations are not this way. But this was my first visit and may well be my last. And the disheartening part about this experience is there were so many gift ideas I had for friends and family.
