- NNNickNov 13, 20251.0Ive never seen so many employees standing around than at this place. I spent $200 on a NEW xmas tree and was told someone had to get it and bring it to me. I waited about 15 minutes and no tree so I asked where it was. They said it would be a few more minutes. Come to find out they were taking the display tree down and cramming it in the box. The box is all messed up and taped together and they try and hand it to me. So I tell them I did nt buy the display I bought a NEW IN THE BOX tree. I told them I would take the jacked up thrown in the box tree but not at the same price as a new one. The manager refused and said "we dont do discounts". Talk about bad business. On top of your archaeic cash register system the customer service sucks.
