It's relatively new, secure, and well taken care of with lots of carts available near the door. It's clean, dry, and not too hot or too cold and it has a restroom. The bluetooth phone app is very convenient and makes building access easy. You can also pay your bill on the app. The manager, Roy is friendly and professional. He and the other staff members are on-site and available during business hours. I think it's money well spent for the peace of mind of having my belongings in a secure storage unit.
