I worked with Brittany on the phone and Al on site at the Raleigh Capital Blvd location. The facility itself is clean and well secured with carts to help with the moving process. I rented a 10x10 space in the warehouse or climate controlled area. I also recommend pre-paying to lock in rates if the rates may go up due to demand. They will refund any full month of storage service after you’ve moved out. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage especially if you have items you don’t want out in the hot humid Raleigh summers.
- BYBill YoungFeb 10, 20265.0I’ve used Extra Space for storage since 2023 and highly recommend the facility. It is exceptionally clean and the facility is always kept at a comfortable temperature. The staff has always been kind and professional. It would be nice to have a few more moving carts. I’m not a huge fan of the Extra Space pricing policy where the rate can jump month to month unless prepaid for a year, but this is a fairly common practice in the storage industry.
