Although there was a mix-up during the installation process, the team responded professionally and quickly addressed the issue by scheduling a new appointment and completing the installation within the same week. Connor Hamilton personally handled the situation and personally installed/replaced the incorrect ones with the correct ones. Their pricing is competitive compared to other companies, and their customer service is top-notch. I am very grateful for the service I received and had a positive experience working with Blind Ambitions of Raleigh. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Connor and his team for their outstanding work.
