When we got the box to the car, we kept saying it felt lite. I decided to open the box, it was completely empty—no snowman, just packaging. We took the box and receipt back to the store, thinking it would be a simple mistake to fix. Instead, we were told that the box we purchased was actually the demo. Keep in mind we waited about 10-15mins for the lady to go in the back to get the snowman (which we were told there was 4 in the back). To make matters worse, the manager, Nayela (not sure if that’s how she spells her name) , did not take any accountability and did not apologize. She even admitted that she was the one assisting the worker in the back to “find” it, despite the fact that it turned out to just be the demo. When we asked for a discount for the inconvenience (and because it was a demo), we were told no. We were also told it would take them “awhile” to take the inflatable down, so basically we were out of luck unless we wanted to wait around and pay full price for something that had been used as a display. No apology, no solution, no urgency to make it right—just “it’s the demo” and “we can’t discount it.” Between selling an empty box, refusing to offer even a small discount, and the manager Nayela’s complete lack of customer service, we will not be shopping here again.

No receipt? Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
