I was at the very 1st register and a OLDER WHITE WOMAN was EXTREMELY RUDE infront of my 2 kids. I haven’t written this low of a review in a while, but this was unacceptable. Just a little backstory- First off, when I was waiting in line she waived me down like “come on…hurry up” to come and get checked out. So in my mind I was like ok usually they say “can I help you?” So I went to her, I mean we were waiting about 15 mins to get checked out. The only product I had in my cart was 2 baskets. These were the brushel baskets that I literally spent over 30 mins picking through, trying to find the perfect one. IN THE AISLE, there were over 50 brushel baskets stacked on top of each and maybe 4 stacks of baskets. On the side of one basket, which I saw from the outside of the aisle had a price of $3.99. I was sooo excited about these baskets because I have been looking for them for a few months and I thought I hit the jackpot! Fast forward to me getting waived down by the cashier. I get to her and I tell her I do have these baskets but I didn’t see a price. But I did see a price of $3.99 on a basket over there. She immediately grabbed the baskets rather quickly, so she snatched them out my hand and said “ we absolutely do not sell these” “I can’t sell these, we only use these for our decorations” then she threw the baskets on the floor. My heart sunk. She was extremely rude as she has no idea what I just went through for those baskets. I had my newborn with me and everything. I even told her that there were stacks of baskets in the aisle. She simply said “ I can’t sell these” she didn’t offer to sell for a price, get the manager to see why they the baskets were in the aisle, absolutely nothing. No help at all. At this point my baby started to cry so I just left. I just felt defeated at that point. I have been a loyal customer for many years. But I can’t continue to support a company with this type of level customer service. This does not make your company look good. The OLDER WHITE WOMAN NEEDS TRAINING.PLEASE REVIEW OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT THIS WOMAN. SHE IS DAMAGING YOUR COMPANY’S IMAGE AND WILL MAKE YOU LOOSE CUSTOMERS.
