My one gripe was that on my day I came to move out I could not find a moving cart - normally there had been three right inside the door, but they were all gone. I found one (that I may have taken from someone else using it) but the wheels were pretty sticky when trying to turn and it was the smallest one of the three. This made moving out from the second floor a pain when generally I would otherwise not have regretted getting a second floor unit. When the carts were all available, I was able to get in quite quickly and efficiently. I had asked the staff about this ahead of time, hoping to make sure I would have carts and they weren't really able to provide any help there.

We were in a tight spot and needed somewhere to store our belongings between moves, and they hooked us up with a great deal. I really appreciate their kindness and definitely recommend renting a unit here. The unit itself was the perfect size and had extra room even, and all our belongings have remained dry and safe.
