The store itself is almost always a mess—items are out of place, shelves look disorganized, and it feels like no one is really maintaining the space. It makes shopping stressful instead of enjoyable. What made it worse was the staff. The workers came across as rude and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance, I felt like I was bothering them rather than being helped. There was little to no customer service, and no one seemed willing to go out of their way to answer questions or help find items.

The employees don’t make it any better, they’re rude, unhelpful, and seem annoyed when you ask simple questions. It just makes the whole experience frustrating.

What is the At Home return policy?
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”.
Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.

E-Gift Cards can be purchased on our websit in any amount between $1 -$500. Additional funds can be added to the card in any value up to $500. Your recipient will receive the electronic Gift Card within 12-24 hours after the order is placed.
