- DBDeborah BondurantFeb 18, 20261.0We had a horrible appliance salesman named Robert at Lowes The entire experience was so overwhelmingly disgusting that it made me cry After trying to get a few details from Robert the appliance salesman ( who should be fired,) .. the delivery people show up without having called first like I was told they were supposed to do by the salesman These 2 men arrive to deliver and hook up washer and dryer. (We were told this service came with the purchase ) The delivery guys unloaded the washer and dryer and look at the place for dryer to go and tell me they wont do the dryer because they cant go into a basement. ( this is where dryer vent goes) On top of all of this they neglected to bring a dryer vent!!! (they left the dryer sitting on our porch ) The appliance salesmans name is Robert. It is his job to inform customers about the delivery and hookup details. These so called delivery men are an independent company and they are extremely “slack “. If I had to do it all again I would go to Cockman appliance in Siler city where they take care of their customers. I will never set foot in Lowes Home Improvement in Pittsboro Nc again . ( not even to buy paint )

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
