We had a horrible appliance salesman named Robert at Lowes The entire experience was so overwhelmingly disgusting that it made me cry
After trying to get a few details from Robert the appliance salesman ( who should be fired,) .. the delivery people show up without having called first like I was told they were supposed to do by the salesman
These 2 men arrive to deliver and hook up washer and dryer. (We were told this service came with the purchase ) The delivery guys unloaded the washer and dryer and look at the place for dryer to go and tell me they wont do the dryer because they cant go into a basement. ( this is where dryer vent goes)
On top of all of this they neglected to bring a dryer vent!!! (they left the dryer sitting on our porch )
The appliance salesmans name is Robert. It is his job to inform customers about the delivery and hookup details. These so called delivery men are an independent company and they are extremely “slack “.
If I had to do it all again I would go to Cockman appliance in Siler city where they take care of their customers. I will never set foot in Lowes Home Improvement in Pittsboro Nc again . ( not even to buy paint )

I try my best to avoid this store. They send your data to a third party who tracks your movements in real time. Everything is over priced and remember - it's a hardware store, yet there is this huge section dedicated to clothing. So, I can't find the plumbing parts I need, but I could get a pair of pants.
