Sometimes it is hard to find a person to help locate what I need. But yesterday Bob, in the plumbing section helped me find what I was looking for, and provided his advice how to solve my plumbing issue. Bob works in the plumbing area of the Lowe's in Pittsboro.
He took a great deal of time listening to my problem. I'm really impressed with his patience because I stumbled around trying to describe what I needed.

Would be rated higher if their curbside pickup was better. Sat out there for 15 mins or more, only to have to walk in and find out the associate was standing there talking rather than working. As soon as said something they woke up and got my order. Wasted a lot of my time.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
