  We had a nice experience while choosing our new sofa, loveseat and chair. The sales person was very friendly, caring and kind. We are disappointed to know he is no longer with La-Z-Boy. Unfortunately, two different stock codes were entered on our order form resulting in two different fabrics on the sofa and love seat. The sales person at your store allowed us to keep the incorrect sofa until our Christmas company left. The correct sofa arrived on Christmas Eve. We have enjoyed having them in our home. Thank you!!!

  We had an absolute wonderful experience at LaZyBoy Furniture store in Pineville. Frankie, our sales person, and Jenna, the interior designer, were so patient and good listeners! They took their time, showed us the pieces they thought we could use in our new home, introduced ideas of their own, and we are so thrilled with our final selections. We are on a tight timeline and Frankie and Jenna let us know which pieces could be available and when. We look forward to seeing the selections in our new home, and returning in the future for other needs! Thank you!

  I'm disappointed in my experience as I am dissatisfied with the sofa and loveseat I purchased- any response from my salesperson that was so willing to help prior to purchase is " here's the number to call" - classic. I have an old Lazyboy sofa that is so comfortable, I wish I could have gotten the same comfort level in yhe new furniture. I dont feel as though I was given much input from sales regarding the comfort of the different styles. I am now stuck with a very expensive, uncomfortable sofa and loveseat. Won't be shopping Lazyboy again.

  I went onto the Lazy Boy online site to search for two new recliners. I have literally gotten every recliner I’ve ever had from Lazy Boy, so there was no question about who I would do business with once again. They have great products! I found the styles I was interested in and easily searched for the specific fabrics I wanted for each. The online fabric samples were a great resource. I was able to narrow it down to the few that might work ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to spend all that time searching through swatches at the store. So I went to the store, tried out the two recliners for comfort and showed Eric pictures from the website of the fabrics I was thinking of. The swatches matched perfectly to what I saw online! I made my purchases and was in and out of the store in about 40 mins. Great Experience!

  Can’t say enough good things about the people there. Our salesperson Lise was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job in translating our gibberish into a great solution. And I can NOT close without a special shoutout to Miss Roya!! She’s a true rock star and is all about finding solutions. We had a unique situation with needing a delivery outside of their normal shipping area in less than two weeks. Roya worked the phones and worked seamlessly with Lise to get everything coordinated and confirmed while we still in the store. Talk about service!! Lastly, I trained salespeople for a living. I’m well versed in pipeline management, conflict resolution, and effective strategies to sell on value, not price. This store is lucky to have both Lise and Roya. Effective inside back office and logistics support is vital in allowing salespeople to focus on selling and not minutiae of paperwork. We will most defintely be back!
