  The salesman who helped me, Eric T Brown, was very patient and knowledgeable. As a result, I got the chair I wanted, and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be going back to this location if I need another peace of comfortable furniture again. Thanks, La-Z-Boy!

  The recliner is not nearly as well made as in the past. Certainly not worth the price - even on sale. It is comfortable though - hence 1 star. At the end of the day, it was the unprofessionalism of the management in the Pineville, NC location that made me decide to no longer purchase anything else La-z-boy. I grew up with a high opinion of La-z-Boy furniture, not anymore….

  Our sales person, Lindi, was very courteous and friendly. She was immediately very helpful and made our experience great. We love Lazyboy recliners and prefer them above all other brands. They are sturdy and long lasting plus very comfortable. I would recommend the Pineville store to all my friends.

  We were looking for a recliner sofa. Frank was very helpful, leading us to where they were. He is an excellent salesman, answering questions, but not pushy at all. We found the sofa we wanted and Frank did all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. The sofa was delivered two days later. The delivery guys were professional and respectful of our property. Yes I would shop at La-Z-Boy again.

  My wife and I visited mid-morning on Saturday 1/24/2026 and was greeted by Sales Associate Eric Brown. After a brief introduction and discussion of our desire to explore reclining sofa options we began our showroom investigation. We were shown three different reclining sofa models. Eric was very thorough in explaining the features of each sofa "tested'. Being very patient and without any sales pressure, Eric had us circle back to each of the models for comparison to make sure we were comfortable with the ultimate sofa selection. At this point our primary visit objective to explore reclining sofas was acheived in a very efficient and professional manner. A decision to purchase was made. Subsequently, again without any sales pressure we began to consider side chairs to accompany the sofa. As with the sofa selection multiple chairs were "tested" with Eric spending adequate time permitting an informed decison of our part. We decided that purchasing chairs was not unthinkable. Throughout each of the above selections Eric was very helpful by discussing available fabrics. We were quite interested when Eric advised that in-house design services are offered with designers presesnt to assist with our selections. We were introduced to Rachel Methner, who along with Eric, continued a very efficient, professional and certainly interesting experience. Rachel was able to take our diagram of den dimensions and provided a scaled layout of our sofa and chair selections including several 3D views. She incorporated an entertainment center for future consideration as well. Rachel was able to show visually numerous fabric selections, mixing and matching each along with options for furniture placement. Again, we were afforded her undivided attention and ample time for decisions. We were very pleased with the service provided by Rachel. Candidly, we began our visit to explore reclining sofas, nothing more. We were very pleased with the warm welcome by Eric Brown along with the time and undivided attention afforded us in looking throughout the showroom. It became apparent early on that we were "in the right place". The turnkey design consultation with Rachel Methner provided much comfort that our purchase of the reclining sofa, side chairs, ottoman, area rug and throw pillow selections were properly matched from a design perspective and appropriate for our purposes. An overall GREAT EXPERIENCE !!
