    Placed an order tonight for pickup tomorrow . Got a notification that it was ready to pick up then immediately got an email that I canceled the order . I never requested for my order to be canceled I was literally going to drive from SC to pick it up . Super unprofessional, will be reporting to corporate

    My wife and I had a wonderful experience shopping at ATHOME in Pineville NC . We found a lot of deals on fall decorations. My wife loves pumpkins and fall decorations! She has over a hundred pumpkins that she decorates our home with as well as wreaths and other things ! We also found some Christmas decorations that we picked out ! The lady at checkout was very kind, friendly, and helpful and she was the only one associate up front working ! Thanks Wayne

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
