  Unfortunately was not happy with your machine . Ended up sticking my key in about 15 times before it actually acknowledged that it would cut my key. After finally getting the key cut it would not take my $5 dollar bill . So I tried another $5 dollar bill - same result - no worky worky . So I tried a card that I had a credit on from a return I did recently - well no -it wouldn’t take that card either ??? True my debit card - Finally ??? After being prompted to get an extra key at a discount ( might be a good idea so maybe I wouldn’t have to relive this episode anytime soon )I figured that I would go ahead and proceed by getting an extra key . The brass key that I received is the most aggravating key I have ever had on a key ring - the hole that goes around the ring is two small so as you fish around your key ring to get to the desired key - your brass key gets hung up on the ring ( hence the reason the other keys offered cost more ). You were not my first choice but the other big box hardware store had a key cutting machine that would not recognize my key either much like your machine . It’s ashame- long lost are the days when a person actually had the training and skill to actually cut a key . After running around town to different locations trying to get a copy of a key with two different locations that were extremely problematic/ I reflect back to a time when life wasn’t so complicated and frustrating - just my two cents worth - oh wait a minute we don’t make those no more either !!! As Paul Harvey would say GOOD DAY !!!

  They are ok for Your standard house key or like sperrkaese but not good for anything else that's for sure
