Bought a stove to be delivered, took time off work to be there, just for them to cancel the order saying they don't have any in stock besides the floor model. Learn to manage and use your inventory system better, that is an easy fix.

Terrible experience this week March 26th between the hours of 12 and 1:00 p.m. when do the customer service and there were four people helping one person I was not the only one waiting inline. Came back to the help desk a half hour later and those four people are still helping one person. Your customer service needs a lot of help

This really against this store, it is Lowes in general. But three years ago I bought a leaf blower with an 80Volt max battery. Well that battery is dead after about 8buses so I go to buy another and they don't carry it online or at the store. I figured I would buy a chainsaw that uses the same battery but it doesn't come with the battery needed. So you can't even get a battery for some of the appliances they are selling.
The man that helped me did his best but Lowes failed him too.

I shop mainly at the North Chattanooga in Hixson. Customer service is very friendly and helpful and is a good selection of merchandise. Very safe place to shop. Plenty of parking

I purchased a LG washer with a pedestal washer and dryer also with a pedestal from Lowe's. First issue was that the appliances and pedestals were delivered on separate days (10 days apart). Once the pedestals were delivered, the technician attempted to install them but failed because the required hardware kit and drain line connector were missing. The technician could not complete the job and deemed the installation incomplete. I have contacted Lowe's several times, and informed that they have no notes on the failed installation, the request was submitted to the wrong department and they will redirected it to the right department, each time it will take 24 hrs for anyone to contact me on how they will resolve the issue. Supposedly the problem has been escalated to the leadership team, though when I requested to speak to someone from that team, once again I was given the run around and no one would speak with me. After spending $2800, the washing machine and by extension the dryer are not usable.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
