I bought a stove and it plainly had a sign placed on it stating that in came with a free set of pots and pans. Upon delivery there was no pots and pans nor a certificate to get any. I called Lowe’s and was originally told that I would have to contact the manufacturer as it was a manufacturer inventive. I told them I felt like it was their mistake and not the manufacturer. I was then told I would receive a call back that they would print off my receipt and give it to the manager. Once again after receiving the call, I was then told that the incentive was put with the wrong stove and that I would not be receiving my pots and pans. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with the customer service. Had I been the one to make a mistake, I would have been expected to fix it. Other retailers usually compensate for their mistakes. Evidently, not Lowe’s in Murphy. Very poor customer service!!!!

The Lowes store wasn't bad at his location but the restroom needs some good attention. The graffiti on the walls whare the stalls are looks ridiculous and needs to be removed.
