- SSSloan1 day ago1.0It's too bad I have to do this over one bad apple But unprofessional,classless behavior deserves to be shared with the public. I would avoid this location as I intend to do the same. I needed to do a pretty basic return. The associate Sonia was wrong about the return policy as I've had countless successful transactions at this location. Once I told her she was wrong, she became defensive and shooshed me. The rest of the transaction she remained classless and unprofessional. I was literally going to buy a fridge after my return. Thanks Sonia for pushing me to the competitor for future purchases, managers dream

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
