- FGFrog GNov 14, 20251.0I placed an order online I live in a different town, had to drive 45 minutes to get there after I placed the order for them to tell me that they did not have it in stock, but they did have a floor model. This was $1099 stove, the people back there did try to work with me the best they could, but I was needing to leave there that night with a stove and not cancel my purchase along with a lot of accessories I needed. I told them that I would even pay sticker price for that floor model stove if I could take it home tonight after driving that long trip. They would not work with me at all as far as selling me the floor model and only way they could do anything is if they canceled the order which keep in mind. You never get your money back immediately so it pushes out anywhere from 5 to 7 days before I get my money back to be able to buy a stove. Not everyone has thousands of dollars laying around just to have you guys to cancel it. I would’ve been fine for them to change it to delivery from anywhere else. It was OK with even having it a whole week out before it would be delivered. But they said that was not an option between the store near my home and any of the ones I go in around my area. The only store that I can actually say is pretty decent is Mocksville, North Carolina Lowe’s. I would not be so rude. Asked to give one star if it wasn’t for me having three kids at home and a broken glass top stove that has sharded glass on it and when I make a purchase and it allows me, I expect to be able to get it and ended up having to completely cancel because there was no other option. I know for a fact that that could’ve been shipped to me and not canceled. So if you’re gonna get appliances here, be careful. Hope this finds everyone well.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
