I order the 4 dewalt batteries 20v for $100 great deal.. but for some reason it was canceled due to price error. That being said I ordered the same batteries at a different Lowe’s during Black Friday and that sale was honored to be picked up at a different date. When I talked to the store why my order was canceled they had no idea, and then being referred to another number they said it was a price error which I told them I had already ordered it at another store which doesn’t make sense since Lowes is overall the same corporation but can’t honor a deal even couple dollar difference. Completely ruined my Christmas for my mom it was gonna be a nice surprise since i haven’t been home in a long time cause of the military, just glad to see they want to lie on the phone and can’t uphold the honor of the Black Friday sale even tho they already charged your card… Have the pictures below that show the price and it’s time stamped with the date I purchased but Lowes can’t honor a deal that is on the website
