  My ungrounded pool motor stopped working. They were very attentive to assist . I received several phone calls from them to help the same day to assist with a replacement/ repair. Much appreciated for their concern.

  We bought a hot tub from pool and patio 7 years ago. The motor quit working in January. They came out twice with no resolution. We hired an electrician to see if he could figure it out. Turns out we need a new motor. Pool and patio told us they are too busy to fix it and call another store for them to service it. We have been great customers but for them to not service what they sell is unforgivable. Needless to say, we would never recommend to buy from a store that is too busy to service their own product. So disappointed, now we are left to try and find someone to repair a $10,000 hot tub.

  Usually great service on lawn care and very reasonable cost. On our 4th year with this company. Bryon and his wife take pride in their company and make sure you are satisfied. They have started doing pools and were even helpful with all of our pool issues. They were able to get us the proper equipment as the original pool installer had undersized the equipment initially and they also did a great job cleaning the discoloration from the well water irrigation that had splashed onto the trim and turned it orange around the pool. Overall, we would recommend this company for your lawn and pool care. They are always willing to go that extra mile to make you happy.
