She noticed me a couple times but did not bother to acknowledge me or ask me if I needed any assistance. I then went to another department and had another associate help me. I might only be “one person” but it only takes one person and I will do my best to make sure that other go to Cape Carteret before this store simply due to her.

I had to go to Lowes to find some parts for my elderly mother's stove. As I walked back to the stove section, Kenny looked at me and said "Can I help you." I didn't have to look around the store to find somebody to help me, he found me. Kenny helped me find exactly what I needed. I do also have to give a 2nd shout out to Kenny. A few months back, I had to get a part for my toilet. I could not afford a plumber to come and fix it so I had to Youtube what I needed to do. I went to Lowes and Kenny found the parts I needed and told me that he knew I could do it myself. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
