He had left people’s personal information laying on the counter with the office completely unattended. We won’t be using them. It’s very unprofessional and lacks security for private information.

They were informative about the storage units AND they even helped me find a website to find a job! 😁 Karen and Mike definitely went above and beyond. The unit I'm renting is clean and looks well kept. The lock is easy for me to use even with an injured hand. I would definitely recommend them again!
