    We have been frequenting this Lowe’s in Mooresville ever since we bought our house, and we have consistently had a great experience. The staff members are always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with whatever we need. Whenever an issue comes up, they take it seriously and do their best to help customers find a solution. Overall, we have been very satisfied with this store. In our experience, the customer service and shopping experience here have been much better than at the Home Depot in Cornelius.

    Kind of a long walk to get to the front door, however I went to drop off my mom's old prescriptions. It was right inside the front door. Easy!

    Bought a washer and dryer wanted it delivered, first one came delivery guys took it out said it was damaged, ok order another one waited 3 more days, get a call they said can't deliver it this one is damaged as well. Called the store no one cared, oh it is third party, well it may be third party but you sold it, it is not the third partys fault it's damaged.

    We purchased a whirlpool washer 1 year 4 months ago, which has stopped working and is beyond repair. I am astonished at the poor quality and extremely upset that I have to buy another new washer so quickly. Daryl, Lowe’s Mooresville manager, handled the situation perfectly. He listened kindly and offered to do all he could to help. With his help I bought a new washer. I appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service.

    Extremely Disappointing Customer Service! We had a store-issued Lowe’s gift card from a previous return (a lawn mower that came with an unsharpened blade). We held onto the card for a couple of months while deciding what we wanted to purchase. Today my husband went into the Mooresville Lowe’s to buy some touch-up paint and a drywall repair kit. He had everything picked out and was ready to check out when the cashier told him the card “wouldn’t work” and that he couldn’t verify the numbers. Instead of offering any help or suggesting a solution, the response was simply: “Sorry, you’ll have to call Lowe’s.” There was no attempt to send him to customer service, no effort to look it up in the system, and no willingness to help resolve the issue in-store. To make matters worse, the “gift card” Lowe’s issued was the cheaper paper store credit version. It had simply been sitting in my husband’s wallet for a couple of months, yet somehow that alone was enough for it to become unreadable or unusable. So now the store credit Lowe’s issued for a defective product is essentially useless unless we spend time chasing down customer service ourselves. We will certainly do the research needed to recover the money that was placed on that gift card, but it will definitely not be spent at this location. I would rather drive all over to find a store that actually provides customer service than continue to be a customer at this Lowe’s. I’ll also be sure to pass along the message to others that if you’re looking for customer service, you won’t find it here. Very disappointing experience at the Mooresville location.
