The kannapolis store is well.set up. Very easy to get to each item. Id like for lowes to switch out the blind the mirror section which is the decor section and place the plumbing area there. Have 2 straight isles or 3. I believe plumbing and electrical and hardware should be all together. We have to walk all the way to the rear of every store . Some have changed this and placed the plumbing in the middle. I believe all should.

In the construction field, returning items due to incorrect purchases or changes in project needs is quite common and generally well understood.
During my recent visit to Lowe's Mooresville, however, the return process felt more uncomfortable than expected. I was asked several questions that made the experience feel somewhat discouraging, even though the return itself was legitimate.
After the transaction was completed, I politely said goodbye, but unfortunately did not receive a response.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
