It is a good store. The only thing they have sales people jump at you when you definitely don't need them. For example in appliances section, countertops or near something easy to deal with. But when it comes to hard stuff, you can't find anybody. Like in electrical section, in doors and windows. Anything that requires little bit of expertise is empty, you can't find anybody and later they tell you come back on Monday, "we will have smart guy who knows this stuff".

On Saturday November 1st I needed help ordering all the things for a bathroom Reno. I was lucky enough to run into Rafi and store employee who was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He spent hours with me making sure everything was perfect and when their system wasn’t working he calmly reordered the whole thing, helped me grab the things I could carry out with me and helped me load them into my car. He went above and beyond times 10!!!! I can’t believe this type of service still exists! Lowe’s you’re so lucky to have a kind, caring, knowledgeable and awesome employee who cares for customers like this!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
