    So much for the corporate store.. when u actually need an employee for assistance can't find one.. then to be accused of stealing by self checkout.... and of course wasn't stealing.... do better lowes!

    The kannapolis store is well.set up. Very easy to get to each item. Id like for lowes to switch out the blind the mirror section which is the decor section and place the plumbing area there. Have 2 straight isles or 3. I believe plumbing and electrical and hardware should be all together. We have to walk all the way to the rear of every store . Some have changed this and placed the plumbing in the middle. I believe all should.

    am a construction professional and I have worked in many places. Over the past year, I have spent approximately $70,000 at Lowe's. In the construction field, returning items due to incorrect purchases or changes in project needs is quite common and generally well understood. During my recent visit to Lowe's Mooresville, however, the return process felt more uncomfortable than expected. I was asked several questions that made the experience feel somewhat discouraging, even though the return itself was legitimate. After the transaction was completed, I politely said goodbye, but unfortunately did not receive a response. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that it can help improve customer experience moving forward, as I have al 's valued shopping at Lowe's.
