I get that it’s the Saturday before Thanksgiving, but every line was 15 people deep—even with about eight registers open. What a nightmare. There’s no reason the manager up front couldn’t see how slow our line was moving. It took 15 minutes just to check out three people. No idea why everything has to be typed in on the computers when it looks like they have scanners- not fair to customers or employees. Overall, just poor planning and an unpleasant experience.
