- MHMartha HelmsJan 22, 20261.0Used this place for 3 years and the fees go up every month. When a company purchase them the standing customers do not get the option to have the lower online rates. Once we moved our stuff out they kept billing us and we had to go to the bank to stop it after requesting that they stop billing and refund. Worst company around. Started at $65 a month ended at $219 month nothing changed but the company name. Unit never got bigger, never had power, was not climate controlled. Beware of the rude lady that want answer the phone and might call you back two weeks later.
