  We had Budget Blinds install custom blinds in several rooms of our home about a year and a half ago. Shortly after installation, we noticed the end caps didn’t sit correctly. The installer who came back confirmed they had been ordered incorrectly. The previous owner tried to make a partial fix, but it never really looked right. Fast forward to recently—the new owner reached out, came by personally, and took a look at everything. Even though this issue wasn’t her responsibility, she went above and beyond to make it right. She corrected all of the problems completely, and now everything looks exactly the way it should have from the start. I can’t say enough about that level of customer service. It’s rare to see someone take that much pride in doing the right thing, especially when they didn’t create the issue. Highly recommend.

  Outstanding customer service!! I had warranty issues with my Hunter Douglas shades and the company from which I purchased them could not manage to deal with the issues in a timely manner. Budget Blinds of Lake Norman stepped in and saved the day. Today, the newly fixed shades are re-installed in my house and functioning as they were meant to. This is a local business that is responsive and knowledgeable. Trust them with your job - you’ll be happy you did.

  Budget Blinds delivered a good product for me ; however, it took 10 months to deliver one order for drapes in 5 rooms. Also there is no transparency on the costs. Their rep says she doesn’t know how much the fabrics cost and she doesn’t provide a cost for drapes per window or per room. Although I received complaints on the drapes, I cannot recommend them due to very questionable business practices. N
