My only suggestion to improve the shopping experience would be to make flat carts available under the plant tables at the curb. You will find people building their basket even before they get into the store. Even finding carts in the garden center was a challenge.

This store used to be phenomenal - staff was so helpful, always had what we needed and never felt like we left dissatisfied (and we have done ALOT of projects as DIYers over the years). Sadly, in the last year or two this has shifted to subpar service (when you can even find someone to help you.) I stood at the paint counter for over 20 minutes waiting on someone to help me. Then when I asked if someone could help me with cuts, they said they wouldn’t cut my primed pine board because I was buying the primed ones (they are the only ones I could find and no one was available to help). I left and went to the Burlington Home Depot which is a bit further, but now I know it was worth it. The stuff I was looking for was cheaper, I got helped immediately, and they did my cuts without a problem. My problems are now solved, but Lowe’s - y’all need to address yours.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
