    I arrived at Lowe's Mebane at 5:10 am on Black Friday. Their promotional was to the first 50 members to arrive would receive a bucket of items and a chance to win an appliance in-store. The line outside of the store was long. When the sales associate arrived to me at 5:45 am, she handed me a 20% off coupon and said thank you for coming. I said "you've reached your 50 members?" She said yes. I left thinking 'Lowe's will have a good sales' day'. Wasn't really excited about receiving the bucket of items, but would have stayed if I had a chance of winning an appliance. See, I really do need an over-the-range microwave oven. Oh well, some other time.😔

    We order a lot from Lowes, mostly in Wake Co. The customer service is disappointing, especially on the phone. They have no skills talking to customers. Lot of attitudes from employees when they make the mistake. What's up with that? Just hung up with someone at Mebane Lowes, spent an hour on hold yesterday with no one ever answering. He said "that wasn't me, I got it worked out didnt i?". No, its not worked out. Im waiting on a manager to call to see if he/she can work it out.

    Bad experience. My washer was not working this morning then I go to Lowe’s at Mebane try to buy one. A big guy at the appliance area was terrible. I picked one whirlpool washer and ask is this in stock? He said no delivery next day. Ok that is fine. And he try add a $40 delivery fee that make me confused. I ask him it said free delivery on online then he told me NO! NOTHING IS FREE I go head ask is any washer in stock at store now he answer nothing. Then I back home look App find out they are have about 10+ washer IN STOCK. I ordered it for crub side pickup. After one hour it showed ready for pickup when I arrived I am waiting for about 20min and no body come out until App show pickup successfully. I am shocked and I go in store for ask finally I find out the employee just leave my washer at front door of the customer service counter. In the end the lady working around counter helped me load to my van. That is crazy! This is my first time rating one star
